Our Yoga in School program provides children an understanding of the Systems of the Human Body. Through hands-on-activities, labs, and explorations of the body, children learn to use the knowledge to self-care, self-regulate, and take ownership to their learning. STEAM based lessons with Yoga as the foundation supports children in integrating the body, breath, mind, and self; thereby empowering them to lead and healthy and balanced life.
